Welcome to SenPolX. These terms govern the use of our senior insurance selection platform at senpolx.services.

2. Service Description

SenPolX offers personalized guidance for seniors seeking insurance plans, comparing options and clarifying terms in plain language.

3. Information Products

We provide digital guides, webinars and tutorials to help seniors understand plan details. Access to these materials is delivered electronically.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed booklets or promotional merchandise may be offered. We will ship goods to the address you provide.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a full reimbursement up to 7 calendar days after purchase if guidance has not been completed. For requests after 7 days, a prorated reimbursement will be assessed based on completed work. You may also reschedule guidance sessions within 30 days at no extra cost. If a service is marked final and no sessions are pending, no reimbursement is available.

5.2 Information Products

Digital guides and webinars are eligible for reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of the content has been accessed. Once access exceeds this threshold, no reimbursement is available to protect content integrity. Approved reimbursements are processed via the original method within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back for full reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers cover shipping costs unless the item is defective. Approved requests will receive a prepaid shipping label and reimbursement is processed after we receive the item.

6. Changes to Terms

SenPolX may modify these terms at any time by posting updates on senpolx.services. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.
